  • Monthly herbal consultation (1.5-hour), we will go through lifestyle, nutrition, mental health, physical ailments, and emotional health. Virtual and In-person available

  • Pregnancy & Postpartum Support, from when you first purchase your package while pregnant to 6 weeks postpartum. I will be with you every step of the way

  • Lifestyle changes, this will look like healing foods, personalized herbal formulas to make at home, movement/physical activities, self-care/mental relaxation techniques

  • Comprehensive support plan for you to take with you on your journey

  • On-call support, available to schedule for all your herbal needs.

  • Follow-up appointments every four weeks where we'll tweak, review concerns, celebrate victories and build momentum.

  • Made to order, herbal medicine shipped to your home.

  • Monthly nature walks, to promote physical movement during pregnancy and connecting with yourself, your baby, and nature. (GA Only)

  • Travel included for Metro-Atlanta areas.

  • Continue Support after consultation through email communication
