This plan was created to provide education, guidance, and support to women on their journey to a healthy womb. No one talks about how as you age, experience trauma internally and externally, get caught up with the stressors in life, and just be a woman in this society; could lead your womb health to deteriorate over time. This could look like fibroids, ovarian cysts, PCOS, crippling menstrual pain, hormonal imbalance, and unfortunately the list can be long. My offerings to you is someone to guide you as you find your way back to yourself, passing on the knowledge and education I learned from my own womb healing journey, and supporting you every step of the way. wELL Woman: 6 Month & 12 Month Womb Wellness Plan

The womb can also hold trauma, pain and suppressed emotions and it can become a heavy space within us when we allow these energetic blocks to build up. Over time the energy in our womb can become stagnant which can then manifest in the physical body as an ailment, pain or imbalance. Which can lead to longer womb healing sessions, but it’s okay! That’s why I got you. I created this plan to continue working with those womb who may need more love and guidance. in this plan you will be working with a womb practitioner for either 6 or 12 months. During this time you will get everything included in the well woman womb wellness consultation abov, as well as tweaks throughout the months, house visits that included monthly vaginal steams, womb massages, and more. So come with me as I walk with you on your womb journey, and thank you for even allowing me to be apart of it.
