Welcome To Abbie’s Footprints! My name is Deondra Henderson; hailing from the beaches of Miami, Florida. To know me is to know that I go by many hats in this life. Some call me Doula, some call me Herbalist, and to some I am the womb practitioner. What all of these hats have in common is that all of their goals is to build a safe space for women where you can recieve healing in all forms from puberty to menopause. Which is why I hand make all of my materials, ranging from teas, creams, to infused foods. I travel distances to make sure all of my herbs and foods used is organic, locally sourced and grown, and are all from trusted and vetted vendors. While accumulating an extensive range of experience that makes me not only qualified but prepared. This is why I strived to create that space where I am able to walk with women through all stages of their life; helping them find support and guidance through my work.

Now a little bit about me; as I said beforehand, I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I like to call myself the daughter of the sea. I resonate deeply with water especially the ocean, which is why when working with me you may notice I use the ocean as a form of healing for me and my clients. When I am not in Miami, I am in my second home, GA. This is where my business is mainly conducted besides certain ceremonies, trainings, or retreats. Even though GA does not have beaches, a way I connect with myself and spirit is through nature. Which is why as a client you may meet me for a hike, or join me for my annual women’s camping trip, maybe come with me to my favorite rivers, and springs that provides healing in it’s on right; or even join me during one of my self care routines; like pole dancing!

I wanted my life and who I am to reflect on my website. I want to bring warmth, love, care, and culture.
