Preconception health is a person's health before they become pregnant. It can help to improve the chances of getting pregnant and prevent complications during pregnancy. Preconception care is a set of interventions that can help to promote the health and well-being of couples and women, and improve the health of the child and pregnancy. This is the best time for you to learn how to take care of your womb, get your body ready for pregnancy; all the while having fun doing it!

Fertility health is normally looked at as a person’s ability to conceive children; while infertility is known as a condition where you can't or have not gotten pregnant after one year of trying to conceive. Well over here we don’t look at it like that. I look at fertility and infertility as your body, spirit, and mind letting you whether it is time to conceive or not. I know some things are beyond our control but conceiving should not be. While working with clients sometimes I can see so much pressure that comes with conceiving, which is why I created this plan to introduce a fun but intentional way of conceiving. By partnering with an intimacy coach, hiking sessions, sauna dates, and more; I am here to not only get your results but also let you have fun while doing it.
